I found this bear sitting alone, exactly as pictured, on a drain pipe along Biscayne Blvd; dirty and abandoned but cheerful with his cupcake.
The bicycle and other possessions belonged to a man who appeared to be homeless. He still plays his guitar and carries an old radio with him which he uses to listen to music when at rest.
